1:
Photographs
- .tiff
or .jpg Digital Photos are preferred or 35MM Glossy Prints are also accepted
- For
patch / badge image, can use digital close-up of patch or send actual patch
- Please
name Digital Image files as first Initial_last name (ex. J_Doe)
- Digital
Images must be a minimum of 300 dpi @ the size they will be used (info)
- 35
MM Images must be a minimum of 3 1/2 X 5" Prints
- Please
do not send your own "Printouts" of Digital Photos, send actual
file
- Please
do not crop photos. We will crop as necessary

to download the bio templates. Templates will open in Microsoft Word.
Complete a template for each person or card order
After
completing each template click 'file' then 'save as' function and save the file
as the person's first initial_last name (ex. J_Doe). Save all completed
templates to your computer with your photos. Instructions for sending photos and
bios will be explained below.

to select from our custom trading card designs. All designs will be customized
to fit your departments image and colors.
Please
select a CARD FRONT and a CARD BACK. Note the styles on the order form.

Below you'll find information on the many methods you may use while ordering/sending your custom trading cards.

NOTE: If you have more than a few different photos and bios, the files may be
too big to attach in the online order form. If the attachments are more than 10 MB total,
please try zipping the files and re-trying or using one of the given methods below.

VIA EMAIL (NOTE: If you have more than a few different photos, the files may be
too big to send via EMAIL. If the attachments are more then 3-4 MB Total,
