Step
1:
Photographs
- .tiff
or .jpg Digital Photos are preferred
- For
patch / badge image, can use digital close-up of patch or scan image
- Please
name Digital Image files as first Initial_last name (ex. J_Doe)
- Digital
Images must be a minimum of 300 dpi @ the size they will be used (info)
- Please
do not send your own "Printouts" of Digital Photos, attach actual
file on online order form
- Please
do not crop photos. We will crop as necessary

2:
Bios
/ Card Text

to download the bio templates. Templates will open in Microsoft Word.
Complete a template for each person or card order.
After
completing each template click 'file' then 'save as' function and save the file
as the person's first initial_last name (ex. J_Doe). Save all completed
templates to your computer with your photos. Instructions for attaching photos and
bios will be explained below.

Your Card Design

to select from our custom trading card designs. All designs will be customized
to fit your departments image and colors.
Please
select a CARD FRONT and a CARD BACK. Note the styles on the order form.

NOTE: If you have more than a few different photos and bios, the files may be
too big to attach in the online order form. If the attachments are more than 10 MB total,
please try zipping the files and re-trying or using one of the given methods below.

SEND
VIA MAIL (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS etc.): Save your photos, bios, and any other files in a zipped folder and e-mail to sales@choicemarketing.net or send your files saved to a CD via ground mail to:
